This 15-day tour features thrilling wildlife and cultural experiences in central and southern Sri Lanka. It includes visits to the Cave Temples at Dambulla and the remains of the King’s Summer Palace at the top of Sigiriya’s famous Lion Rock, a bike or tuk-tuk ride through some of the country’s rural villages, the chance to see the palaces and Buddhist stupas of Polonnaruwa, the old fort at Galle and Kandy’s Temple of the Tooth. There will be visits to tea plantations, opportunities for whale-watching and whitewater rafting, and game drives to spot leopards in Yala National Park.
